A "BEAUTIFUL" LINEUP

Cinderfella 2007 emcee, Rick Green, brings the lovely Junior Miss and Senior Miss contestants back onto stage after the completion of the talent show and prior to sending the "ladies" into the audience to collect dollar votes to determine the title winners. The DeLeon High School auditorium was packed Saturday night for the DeLeon Elementary Parent Teachers Organization-sponsored pageant, and the event was reported to have raised well over $2,000 for computer projection equipment for the classrooms. The Junior Miss contestants, from the left, are: Jenni Felter (Kevin Smith), Nadia Swanson (Gary McLearen), Ivana B. Mann (Joe Vitalec), Cha Cha Sophia Gregorio (Gustavo Calzada), Jwana Coconut (M.J. Stewart), and Helga Hoffenheimer (Tanner Winkles). Ms. Coconut won the Junior Miss title. The Senior Miss contestants were: Howena Dickey (Dr. Howard Dickey), Jonita Marian Webster (Coach John Ward), Brandita Christine Gilmore (Dr. Brandon Gilmore), Judee Licious (Judd Gibson), Candy Apples (Mark Lewis), Bambi Leather Thong (Scott Carlisle), Regina May Bark (Roger Winkles) and Randi, with an "I" (Dr. Randy Mohundro). Howena Dickey won the Senior Miss title and Regina May Bark won the Miss Congeniality award. A good time was had by all.

SENIOR MISS CINDERFELLA

Howena Dickey (Dr. Howard Dickey) was the audience's favorite Senior Miss candidate and was awarded the tiara, sash and scepter. Her envious "fellow" contestants greeted her selection with enthusiasm and relief, worried that they might have been selected. Look for more navel jewelry to be showing up at the next Cinderfella contest, as Howena's belly button jewel really rounded out her winning appearance.

JUNIOR MISS CINDERFELLA

Jwanna Coconut (M.J. Stewart) was selected by the audience as the winner of the Junior Miss title. She is shown here wearing her crown and sash, and holding her scepter high, as the "fellow" contestants applaud her selection. Despite appearances, Jwanna is not from Europe. She has a lovely smile and excellent posture.

GETTING READY FOR THEIR VIDEO

If there were any scouts for MTV in the Cinderfella 2007 audience Saturday evening, they were undoubtedly impressed with this uptown girl band. Miss Randi With An "I" (Dr. Randy Mohundro) was the lead singer, backed up by the well choreographed guitar-playing threesome, Judee Licious (Judd Gibson), Candy Apples (Mark Lewis), and Bambi Leather Thong (Scott Carlisle).

THEY BROUGHT THE HOUSE DOWN

Doing her Carmen Miranda imitation, Howena Dickey (Dr. Howard Dickey), the one with the cigar and a jewel in her navel, and Little Ricky Ricardo (daughter Mary Katherine Dickey), accompanied by Will Dickey (not shown) on the bongos, performed a Latin salsa dance routine that defies description other than hilarious. Note that she wasn't wearing her special-ordered, size 15 high heel pumps during the dance routine.

COLLECTING VOTES FOR THE CROWD FAVORITES

These youngsters weren't too sure what they were seeing as Howena Dickey, along with the other Junior and Senior Miss contestants, solicited votes (dollar bills) from the audience while seeking the coveted titles.
