The Bearcats traveled to Cross Plains
this past Friday night to play the Buffaloes in the final game of the
district. The game was really meaningless to the Bearcats position in
the playoff, but a win and a Tolar loss would have given the Bearcats
a share of the district title with Gorman and Tolar.
Tolar defeated the Panthers and
eliminated the Bearcats chances of a district title, but DeLeon will
advance to the playoffs as the number one division two team.
Gorman will take the third playoff
position and will advance as the number two division two team.
