The DeLeon Bearcat and Lady Bearcat sports banquet was held this past Monday night at the First Baptist Church Family Life Center.

Mark Lewis was the main speaker of the night and ran the ceremonies without a hitch throughout the night.

There were many high school athletes who received honors and were recognized during the proceedings, but there were also three people honored who were not students of DeLeon high school.

Treasure Mailloux, Coach Bob Rapp and Coach Billy Fox were honored for their service to DeLeon High School by Lewis and most of the staff of DeLeon ISD.
